Customers can request order cancellations within 24 hours of purchase.
Cancellations after this period may not be eligible for a full refund.
Project-based services may have specific cancellation terms outlined in the service agreement.
Full Refunds: Only if services have not yet commenced.
Partial Refunds: If the project is partially completed, a proportional amount may be refunded.
No Refunds: For completed projects or services already rendered.
