Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Cancellation Policy

  • Customers can request order cancellations within 24 hours of purchase.

  • Cancellations after this period may not be eligible for a full refund.

  • Project-based services may have specific cancellation terms outlined in the service agreement.

2. Refund Policy

  • Full Refunds: Only if services have not yet commenced.

  • Partial Refunds: If the project is partially completed, a proportional amount may be refunded.

  • No Refunds: For completed projects or services already rendered.

3. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, email admin@skillsecurex.com with the order details. Approved refund amount will be credited via original payment method within 7-14 days
